REDISCOVER YOURSELF

Monk's Peace
of Mind

WHAT CAN YOU EXPERIENCE WITH US

Embark on a peaceful retreat in China, where silence becomes your teacher and the rhythm of monastic life guides you. For a more dynamic experience, choose a Tai Chi retreat, a journey of mindfulness and movement in perfect harmony. In China, Tai Chi is often understood differently than in the West as part of a holistic practice that unites physical fitness, mental clarity, and spiritual growth. You decide how far to push your limits: from slow, flowing movements to physically demanding training that challenges your endurance and focus. Set amid the breathtaking landscapes of the Tianmu Mountains or on a secluded monastery island in the Taihu River basin, this unique experience offers serenity and inner clarity as you detach from the noise of the world and reconnect deeply with yourself. It can also be complemented with explorations into traditional Chinese monastic medicine.

Discover your individual retreat now or let us curate authentic, tranquil places and mindful activities tailored just for you.

ACCOMMODATION

During your stay, you will reside in lovingly restored monastery buildings that harmoniously blend timeless architecture with understated elegance. The accommodations are authentic and deliberately minimalist, designed to create space for reflection and personal growth. You will sleep on traditional bamboo mats laid directly on the floor, a conscious choice that forgoes comfort in favor of an authentic and grounding experience.
